What is the details/summary of your complaint (provide as much detail as possible)?:
So Mr Dmitri has presented the Civil Networks staff team in quite a negative light as he has caused constant arguments within the MilitaryRP discord (as presented in the photos below). Rule 1.08 states that Toxicity is not tolerated, I am aware these rules are directed at in-game actions, however for a staff member arguably not being able to follow such a simple rule, and breaking it many times is quite absurd.

Also, the term "uwu" has constantly been used by said staff member within the discord (also presented below) where it was not wanted and can be seen as "weird" and can make certain users "uncomfortable".

In conclusion, Dmitri has made Civil Networks look very bad, and the staff members that are a part of Civil Networks. So, I do believe that action should be taken. To be quite honest, I am surprised nothing has happened yet.

I can provide more screenshots to back up this complaint if required, he has done this in multiple channels including mess hall and off topic and it’s been multiple times now where he argues back and purposely is spelling names wrong and petty things like that to wind people up including myself, idk how he is still staff and how this has gone unnoticed but if you scroll back through the discord even by searching his name you will find all of it from the past week or so.

Thank you for making the complaint; I wish to break down the course meal as I feel some, if not all, must be addressed.

1) The UWU saga: This is an inside joke within the community which spanned for around a year and a half, designed for a laugh and something fellow members pointing fun in return. There is nothing malicious about it but an old scenario created only for comedic purposes.
2) Screenshots surrounding Hamood and me I was spoken to by Connor, who was handling that and the other scenario surrounding Hog. This was dealt with, and I parted ways from Anilyse and moved on.
3) The conversation surrounding Analyse and me: This encounter started with me saying xD and then followed by an owo which was shot down by pears with the regular body shots similar to other chat scenarios, but I requested Analyse to calm down since it wasn't meant in any shape or form to be abrasive contrary to what she may say. This soon spiralled with patronising remarks made about me not being fit for staff, portraying me as some creep even though it was not needed in any shape and then followed up with a message saying, "Free up my man hog", and "are you gonna warn me as you did to that other guy because you riled him up too?". Contrary to what happened yesterday and what Connor told me for the development of character, warning for those matters should come if at most needed, and if I warned analyse, it would not stone well for myself as a Moderator even though the remarks made by that the party has made it a hard job
In summation, the screenshots lack context and situation explanation and a conclusion; although I can side with it not being a good idea at all to talk back and argue, my intentions are clear, and I were to tell the former HMod Anilyse to stop with the abrasive remarks.

Not too sure whether you meant to purposefully misspell Anilyse's name, but as stated in Anilyse's reply to this forum message you have been "purposely is spelling names wrong and petty things like that to wind people up including myself". Also, the highlighted part here can show that you are not using a capital letter to state someone's name. This can be an attempt to make further trouble with Anilyse, or this could just be poor grammar (not saying I have good grammar either). I could be looking too deep into this, but still this could be added as further evidence in a way.

As much as it IS a grammar mistake, This got to be a joke right? It was a grammar mistake, I often write my name lowercase.

And also, I misspelt it not because I am petty but because the name is incredibly rare, and my Grammarly app isn't picking it up. I spelt it phonetically as I am bilingual as well. The colour of the shade in discord does not help either since even when I have glasses, low differences of colour in font and in the background worsen my case.

Your replies were not just “Anilyse stop” at all and you were being just as rude back and patronising even in the previous argument. I didn’t make you out to be some creep I simply told you you were making people uncomfortable with randomly adding uwu into conversations you weren't involved in. As I said and have been saying this whole time arguing back as staff isn’t a great look at all and you continue to do it time and time again, yes I argue but the thing is it doesn’t matter how the community view me as I’m not staff. How you are viewed by the community matters and sitting arguing in discord constantly doesn’t make you seem very approachable or mature and I’ve tried saying this nicely aswell. Also with the “lack of evidence” remark you made as I said in my first reply all of the messages are still in discord and can be found by staff so I don’t feel it’s fair saying he’s taken it out of context or anything like that he’s just provided some of the hundreds of screenshots he could’ve taken to show it’s multiple arguments over the past week and that you’re also continuing to argue back for a while too, the screenshots make sense to me of why he showed them as I just explained hopefully that clears it up. But yeah at the end of the day when someone’s asking you to stop getting involved because you’re annoying them or making them uncomfortable you should have some decency to stop especially as a staff member who is here to help people not piss them off. But idk you wont listen to me no matter how many times I say this so have a good one.

I am going to be completely honest, explain to me how you consistently are getting a name wrong with one letter. Plus if you are using a QWERTY keyboard, the letter I is completely on the other side of your keyboard. Anilyse, has expressed clearly they do not like you making fun of their name yet you do. It seems like you are doing this on purpose to just annoy users on the platform. And then even the fact you edit your message you, still leave parts with the name 'analyse'. It is incredibly disrespectful to make fun of someones name, the least you could do is at least apologise to the person instead your here making a reply trying to make an excuse. Let us say you do not have a QWERTY keyboard, by mistake of your own fault due to being bilingual, you misspell their name. With all of this into account, you still could have at least apologised and maybe when you edited your message to fix your mistakes. Which in fact, you did edit your message to fix your mistakes and still continued to keep some of it in. View attachment 6052

After speaking with the staff team and reviewing the evidence provided above, The staff member in question will be spoken to and for further notice the Well known and long standing members of the community are not encouraged to provoke unnecessary arguments.
