Players who donated for money packages within the two months preceding CG 3.0's release - that is, between the 5th of December and the 5th of February, can claim back the money that they got from donating.
If you donated a large amount (we are talking multiple 100's) exclusively to get money during the lifetime of CG 2.0, that was not within this timeframe, you can talk to Ventz and the Management team in order to work out further compensation. This is more intended for people who donated so much that they could not reasonably have been expected to have spent/used it all by the time CG 3.0 launched. This will be on a case-by-case basis and you may get nothing.
The deadline for lodging these claims will be 2 months after CG 3.0s launch, i.e. the 5th of April 2021.
Please note there will be no exception to the above time-frame, except for if you donated within a few days prior to the cut-off, in which case you will be eligible for 50% of the money back as a courtesy. Beyond that you will be eligible for nothing except the 50% of VIP money that all VIPs received on CG 3.0's launch.
