6. If you had to estimate, how many hours of Police/SWAT role-play would you say you had?
I used to be CGSF for about a year. I'd say about 300 hours or more.
7. How would you deal with a suspect that was failing to cooperate with officers?
I'd order him to face the wall first verbally with my gun pointed at him, if he fails to comply he will be tased and cuffed, and upon standing up he will be arrested for not complying/resisting arrest.
8. What would you do if you saw an Officer die?
If I saw a suspect shoot down an officer with a weapon and he is still armed I will get to cover first and call it in my communication methods, after backup arrives me and the rest of the PD will handle the situation accordingly, while focusing on providing medical care to the officer first by a medic/doctor if the suspect was armed he'll be instantly taken down upon sight, if he was unarmed we would surround him and tell him to face the wall, if he resists he will be tased and then arrested.
9. During raids you will be required to act in a tactical and effective manner. If required how would you lead a raid?
I would first call for all the backup available and group them at the base, looking for other entrances/ways we could enter the base, and then placing down a barricade to make other citizens around the area aware of the situation, and then get 1 police officer to watch the entrance to make sure no one comes inside and flank us while we are doing the raid on the base, after that i would ask the residents of the base to step outside, if they don't comply i'll proceed to get a warrant from the mayor, while that is happening i'd organize the raid more to get the people with most armor and health go inside first and others according, once going inside all armed suspects will be taken down as they had the chance to comply before but they did not, unarmed suspects will be arrested and all illegals in the base will be destroyed (meth/printers etc..)
10. If a suspect runs away from you as you're talking to him what would you do? (Keep in mind that failing to stop after being signaled by the police is a crime).
I would give him multiple warnings to stop and face the wall with my taser out so I can speak to him, if he refuses and keeps on complying he will be tased. upon getting up he will be cuffed and investigation will resume and he will be arrested for not complying to government officials.
if the suspect pulls out a weapon while running away from interrogation he will be instantly taken down upon site to make sure he doesn't harm any citizens or government officials with his weapon.
