Original Steam login name (your accounts first ever name):
xxtheproxx15

For how long have you played on CG MRP:
September/October 2020

Age:
16

In what country are you located?:
United Kingdom

Time zone:
GMT

In-game name and Previous Names:
Jack G, Kcaj, Not Jack

Steam ID:
STEAM_0:1:94146882

Do you have a mic?:
Yes

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications:
Yes

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I believe I have been warned for basecamping once? I might have 2x warnings, I've had a couple removed in the past and so I don't know.
ARDM as well as staff diss (both resolved on TS3)

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community?:
Yes. I realise this says 'No mentioning of other communites', so I'll try my best. I was Event Staff for around 9 months on a different server (3 of these months being Event Manager). Within these months, I created campaigns that involved all regiments as well as missions. I lead a 1 week campaign where each day a different 'event' happened which met up with a story line where there were different outcomes (I made an excel document of each 'path' that would occur depending on the condition of the event). Each event had positive outcomes. Within each of these events, I planned mini "side missions", where specific regiments had a chance to earn vehicles/money they could use further down the campaign.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Yes, I have played Serious RP servers since 2015, however MRP Serious RP came in 2016.

How many hours can you be on everyday?:
Enough. I can't put a straight number but as of now, at least 6 hours per day. This may drop to about 4 when college starts back up, however weekends will pretty much be on for the entire day until 2am.

Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on our server?:
I'm intrigued as to bringing new events and ideas to the server which keeps players active on both USSR and NATO whilst also being fun for both sides. I'm good at making stories and I feel like GM's/RPK's in the past have been a bit of a joke and I felt as though as a player, I'd be making better RP than what the GM's were at the time. I like being involved within the community and creating little bits and bobs that keep people playing.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I have previous experience in holding events on a different server as well as I have the experience of actually planning events with Ex Gamemasters which turned out to be great. I think I'd help give Gamemaster a better name for itself as well as create some well planned events alongside the other GM. I've got good relations with the current Gamemasters meaning we can collaboratively work together to create some awesome events. I don't mind putting effort into planning as it's the finished product that will make me happy. I'd be able to help create some passive RP in peacetime as well as when the server is in the 'mingey' phase to keep people busy.

Please List 5 small event ideas(Which wouldn't require a map change):
1)
Militia are supplying USSR with cargo via a truck and some armored vehicles surrounding it. A NATO spy has discovered their route and time and NATO must clear the militia and secure the cargo for themselves. USSR will wait for the cargo to be delivered to their base and receive a transmission saying NATO have intercepted the truck. NATO will have to hold the cargo inside of West Town compound for 10 minutes before a friendly Chinook comes and picks up the cargo. USSR will attack the compound in order to retrieve the stolen cargo
Rules
- No explosives are to be used on the cargo (this means no helicopters bombing the compound, no RPG's on the cargo etc)
- Militia are to attack both NATO and USSR and secure the cargo themselves as they feel betrayed by USSR for not protecting them
- After 10 minutes are up, if USSR fail to retrieve the cargo, they must pull out and RTB with no cargo
- After 10 minutes are up, if USSR successfully retrieve the cargo, NATO must pull out and RTB with no cargo
- The Chinook can not be shot down
Reward?
- I'm not too sure how reward systems work as I wouldn't want it to favor a side, however a restock of any vehicle with a restock timer of under 20 minutes seems reasonable.
2a)
Militia are attacking the homes of several civilians and have asked them to hand themselves into militia. They have took over the shops and the gas station - food is not an option. They are running out of time and it's NATO's job to attack the town and force the Militia to clear the gas station and shops. Unknown to NATO, USSR have started cooperating with the Militia and are on there way. You must clear the USSR of town before forcing the Militia to declare peace and for them to pay reperation's for the damage by helping the civilian life recover.
2b)
After a previous fought conflict, Militia signed a document meaning that they were to cease fire and help the civilian life recover. Due to USSR propoganda, the treaty is out the window and civilians are already on the move to the USSR base. You need to retake all the civilians and let them seek medical refuge inside the NATO base. It's unknown as to where they are - they may already be in the USSR base. NATO High Command (will be told before event) won't let an operation regarding USSR base go ahead unless we have clear sight that a civilian is inside.
Rules
NATO are not to harm a civilian. This means you need to check that who you are fighting has actually got a weapon.
You may only engage militia in town - NATO can take USSR hostage and do a 1:1 handover for a civilian if they have them.
You are not allowed to just enter the USSR base and kill everyone in hopes of finding a hostage, there must be a clear sight of a hostage. (USSR will be told if NATO finds the hostage and has a short time frame to set up defenses).
The civilian can not be held behind any locked doors.
Reward
If USSR manage to keep the civilian, they will globally advertise an execution however, never claim it was done by them.
If NATO manage to keep the civilian, they will do their job lol.
Rules
The spies can not hide and must actively move around
3)
NATO find a HVT on field (Militia Leader) and capture him. In retaliation, Militia have kidnapped Civs in town and order the release of their leader. NATO's objective is to save the civillians lives whilst maintaining the capture of the Militia Leader. NATO will send units to kill the militia in a stealth op before going loud with helicopters and tanks and securing town. USSR hear the commotion and decide to help our their neighbouring allies. You must flee before too many units are lost.
4)
A helicopter with supplies has crashed over Outpost. USSR and NATO must gather and fight in Outpost in a retrieval of the supplies. Winner will be declared as the faction first to get the supplies into their base.
5)
Militia have gathered forces with Civilians and PC's. They have took over town and threaten to take over owned territories of both factions NATO and USSR. NATO+USSR High Command meet with their factions at outpost and sign a declaration of peace temporarily as they work together to rid town of the rebellion group in order to protect their own territories. USSR must hold the West Town compound whilst NATO hold the North Town Compound. Each compound should be held for 10 minutes.

Please List 2 Big Event Ideas(Which would be what we call (Map Change Events):
Operation Salvation
- NATO has been received information from a source that USSR are actively hacking into NATO's computers in order to steal information on weaponry, past operations and the outcome that are hidden from public view, information on spies and double agents, information on future plans of attack and strategies. NATO can't allow this to happen. They will strategies a plan of attack on the storage facility and push the USSR back before any information is leaked. They will have 20 minutes to set up FOBs and after 20 minutes will move to reclaim the storage facility and destroy the computers and hardware found. Unknown to NATO at the time, some information has been sent to a local laptop that's signal is being captured by logistics in a nearby town. NATO must push back the USSR to their town and capture it.
- USSR have came close to gathering important information regarding NATO stocks, past operations, spies, double agents and weaponry. It's almost in your grasp. You are to defend the storage facility and wait for the information to be uploaded to the USSR. You will upload 3% of the file a minute meaning in around 40 minutes of holding, you will have uploaded the file. You will have 20 minutes to set up defences on the Objective as well as your other territories (in case NATO capture the storage facility).

How it will work:
There will be 8 Objectives. The 4th Objective will act as a King Of the Hill type objective where NATO+USSR fight back and forth to hold the facility. After a decent amount of time of a good hold, one side will be declared winner of 'said' territory. The winning faction will then start pushing the other 3 objectives of the opposing faction whilst they defend.

The objective:
Capture the KOTH territory and push the opposing factions territories, claiming as much as possible.
NATO - Push USSR back out of the facility and destroy the hardware. (They will find out a laptop in the local town has received a % of the files and must capture all the territories and find the laptop within a certain time frame)
USSR - Defend the storage facility until the upload is complete. Once complete, push NATO's FOB's and cause as much damage as you can to the NATO units.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Operation Infiltration
- USSR have been tasked with destroying a local NATO base of operations on the coast of Turkey after finding out they had been planning an operation to attack the coast line of Ukraine. NATO have not had much time to plan a defence and instead have pulled more units from our base over temporarily to ease the pressure they face. NATO are to defend the docks and the town in Turkey until USSR units withdraw (after 40 minutes or so) and USSR are to attack the docks until a decent control of the NATO base has been established, forcing the NATO units to retreat. It will work as attack, defence and the winner is decided by whoever owns the dock by the end of the war/established time.

What missions would you make for each regiment in Nato
(SAS,MP,17th,JAF,ISAF) please list 1 mission per regiment:

SAS
- SAS are to attack the Jail in Outpost as militia have claimed it and have civilians taken hostage. They will organise a synchronised sniper shot tactics that will takedown on the Militia guarding the outside whilst other units push in and go loud and recapture the Jail saving the civilians life. You should aim to provide stealth and go loud only when you're sure you can pull the trigger faster than they can shoot the civilian.
MP
- MP are tasked with breaching a house in town where a Cyanide dealer is known to work in order to take out the cyanide supply. They must lead a breach and successfully bring the cyanide dealer back to base.
17th
- 17th are tasked with destroying an incoming attack of heavy vehicles coming through Outpost. There will be areas they can hide inside and flank the heavy armoured vehicles before they know what's hit them.
JAF
- Joint Air Force are tasked with destroying a convoy of vehicles protecting a HVT before having JAF GRN paradrop on top of the car and get the HVT out. They will secure him and get him to a safe spot for a blackhawk to land whilst the attack heli protects from above and then escorts the HVT back to base
ISAF
- ISAF are tasked with dealing with a rogue militia leader that's strapped his men with explosives and sent them charging into NATO base. They are tasked with killing the militia before they reach the base, and then capturing the militia leader.

What missions would you make for each regiment in USSR
(AG,KGB,10TH,ABT,SHA) please list 1 mission per regiment:

AG
- A high ranking NATO officer is believed to be entering town in order to relieve the conflict between Militia and NATO. Your job is to kidnap the high value target as well as kill all militia in town as they try to ally to take down USSR.
KGB
- A USSR officer has failed to follow direct orders from a UHC officer and has decided to flee for his life and defect to the NATO base. Your job is to find the escaped officer (making sure not to metagame), recapture and receive execute order from UHC in order to make sure no information is leaked.
10th
- Town has recently been too quiet. You are to rattle up Militia and the Civvies and provoke an attack on the NATO by destroying their homes and vehicles. You must successfully pin the blame on NATO.
ABT
- An owned territory of USSR has been over ran by Militia and they have started extracting resources and information from the owned territory. ABT's job is to take up attack helicopters and bomb all of territory before moving in on foot via paradropping to clear out the remaining militia infantry.
SHA
- PC's and Militia are allied with NATO and are finding your FOB's. Your job is to set up proximity mines around your FOB and flank any militia not blown up by the mines. Capturing militia/NATO is a bonus, however your main priority is killing the NATO scum that are trying to gather information on your FOBs.

Edits:
-Changed SAS so they can decide tactics.
-Overhauled 'Small Event 2' and comprised it of 2 to create a short storyline that makes sense and incorporated both factions into the equation.
-Added USSR to 'Small Event 3'.

The only reason I'm giving a Neutral currently is because of the fact that your app doesn't have everything you need to have included in it, Meaning it's not completed. With that being said you are extremely Active in-game and in Teamspeak. You were one of the first person's that I met while playing on MRP you are very friendly and know how to lead/give others a good time. I think you would be a great GM. Your event ideas are quite good, you also know the rules.

Below is a joke!!!

+ Active in game and in TS yada yada
+ Mature, knows the rules.
+ Good application

So the meat and potatoes of your application:
+ Small event 1:
Overall a well thought out event with a clear and concise ruleset for both sides to abide by - this will give both sides a good part in this event and relatively easy to balance based on numbers via use of tactics, i.e. setting up a blockade to the north of town to prevent reinforcements reaching the supplies.
- Small event 2:
I personally am not a fan of this event idea because you are essentially forcing players to pay for something which is out of their control (if the spy is captured) and for the same reason just giving the enemy team all of the FOB locations would feel somewhat irritating as 5 minutes is a very short time, it's an interesting premise I'm just not a fan of it in its current form.
~ Small event 3:
Could quite easily be ported for USSR but it is vexing that you didn't do so, however I like the premise: integrating the other team as benefactors of the militia could quite easily add something for the other team to do in this situation, or would perhaps allure to future events involving the militia and other team.
+ Small event 4:
Simple but effective.
~ Small event 5:
I do like this event, two side's high commands interacting normally leads to good roleplay, even if it is just hurling side-related insults across ocomms, I am concerned about the logistics of this however as the player count for this to work would have to be essentially split 33%/33%/33% or similar: if the logistics are realistic and work out I can certainly see this being a good event.
+ Big event 1:
Unique, integrates the vwar system well while using unique mechanics (the laptop countdown) to add urgency and a further sense of roleplay and purpose to the event. I must comment that I like the fact that increments of 3% mean that the upload will reach 99% and stall there for a minute which is nice flavour for the urgency. This would work using the regular VWar mode rather than the event mode and just some admin intervention in the case one of the sides decides to try and recapture the main KOTH territory. There is also a map I would like to see this event on that I've had my eye on, overall a well written event with clear structure: although I suspect the event would be more interesting if USSR were forced to lose the facility and defend wherever the laptop is hidden.
+ Big event 2:
Rather short, but nonetheless an interesting premise, would certainly work well with the one main KOTH territory idea you brought up in the big event #1, although further objectives I feel would be warranted.
From this point down I'll comment on the bits I especially do or don't like as there are 10 regiments.

SAS
- SAS are to attack the Jail in Outpost as militia have claimed it and have civilians taken hostage. They will organise a synchronised sniper shot/takedown on the Militia guarding the outside whilst other units push in and go loud and recapture the Jail saving the civilians life.
Love the SAS event, exactly what I'd expect them to be doing: although I'd prefer having SAS come up with those tactics on their own and just be told "there are guards stationed at these positions" sort of thing.

Same thing again, really like this gives both infantry and pilots something to do, very good idea.

ISAF
- ISAF are tasked with dealing with a rogue militia leader that's strapped his men with explosives and sent them charging into NATO base. They are tasked with killing the militia before they reach the base, and then capturing the militia leader.
My only concern is making sure you give the suicide bombs to people who won't just MRDM with it because "haha lol event bomb goes boom"

- A high ranking NATO officer is believed to be entering town in order to relieve the conflict between Militia and NATO. Your job is to kidnap the high value target as well as kill all militia in town as they try to ally to take down USSR.
AG Goes kidnap: I'd also like to see the stealth and go boom elements incorporated into the SAS one, but overall good idea

10th
- Town has recently been too quiet. You are to rattle up Militia and the Civvies and provoke an attack on the NATO by destroying their homes and vehicles. You must successfully pin the blame on NATO.
Honestly I'd give this to AG/KGB: having them infiltrate the NATO base to steal some vehicles to frame NATO would be very interesting and works well with stealth ops, I'd perhaps swap the AG and 10th missions.

I really like this.

Overall there is only one event idea in your application that I actively dislike (small event 2), with the rest ranging from neutral to mainly positive, best of luck in your application Jack, it certainly is a good one.
