How you lost your item(s):
I unboxed a knife after a lot of trouble figuring out how to. I just failed to notice the key gets put into your inventory. I was asking a lot in chat about this and also requested a sit. I managed to unbox it and a nice lad answered the sit but i told him i managed to get it all sorted. Just apologised for wasting his time. Played a bit in the casino and saw a message from a player that he is buying knifes in spawn. Out of interest i wanted to know how much the knife was worth so did what i normally do. kill in console. Apparently this was my mistake. Checking through my inventory and no knife. Thought maybe i put it in the stash, checked, no knife. Finally called a sit with an admin after stressing to myself and asking a couple questions in chat with no answer. Once the admin sat with me i explained my situation and he asked if i holdstered it. He proceeded to then inform me that you will need to equip and holdster a knife before it then becomes permenant. At that time he said he was unable to offer a refund without a screenshot. I've checked and this is where my biggest issue is. I dont have any way to show it and my log on console didnt go back that far. at the time of writing this typing status in the console it says i have been on for an hour and a half. Could you please check through console and see the money being deducted or even the cash withdrawal.
Why you should get a refund:
This is the most i've spend on the server and i was unaware of the mechanics of knifes. I have purchased one knife before and never needed to do this most likely because it was done by the original owner. I understand why the admin at the time was unable to give a refund with the limited recources that he has to go through. Hopefully with the detail i have given you should be able to easily locate any proof needed.
(additional question) What would be the best software that would essentially record but delete anything older than say an hour. Something that wouldn't gobble up HDD space as i play.
