Hello if you are thinking of commenting on a complaint follow these rules
- Don't post a comment if you are not involved - This means that if you were not mentioned in the complaint/ you weren't the OP of the complaint don't comment on it! This means only a ServerAdmin + can post on a complaint without having to be involved.
- Don't argue or stack post in the thread - If the complaint seems to be getting out of hand leave it and wait for a Complaints Officer to deal with the complaint.
- Don't get toxic at one another - We know that life is hard but acting like a crying child isn't going to look good in the eyes of the Complaints Officer reviewing the complaint, keep it professional!
Failure to follow these rules may result in your posts getting removed, furthermore depending on the severity this could be escalated to a ban from the forums.
