What is the details/summary of your complaint (provide as much detail as possible)?: I was a parawatch and I needed cuffs so I walked up to a disguised houston Armstrong (disguised as a CI-A) asked him to give him cuffs then he pulled out his cuffs said something along the lines no I cant, cuffed me and when I was telling him to uncuff me several times he just walked away.

Hey, yeah it was a miss understanding from my side, as i said in the sit with Oreo, i do apoligze for leaving you cuffed since i needed to deal with CI.
though you said "cuffed me" whilst in roleplay.

Complaint Response

Hi @Dan Brown ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a complaint.

After speaking to Jinkins and from my understanding this was a misunderstanding/communication, Jinkins thought that you asked him to cuff you and once he had cuffed you the CI that he was with (as he was disguised) retreated/moved away which then Jinkins did too

Based on the above, no action will be taken in regard to your complaint.
