Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
In my early days on the server, I had bad map knowledge and at the time I misunderstood certain rules which resulted in my warnings.
Note that I now understand the rules fully, which has resulted in me not getting warned anymore.
I have received 12 warnings in total, the last one was around a month ago.

No.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
When I was on trial in CGSF I used to do Heavy Roleplay, And since I've gotten pretty decently ranked on here my roleplay has become serious.

On average 6h.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
Because of my high activity on the Server, I can afford to lead a Regiment AND Moderate the Server, it has been something I've always been good at and enjoy doing. My reasoning is to make the Server more enjoyable for everyone and to help out the Staff team with my gained Experience on the Server.

I have been playing in the community for a very long time and I am extremely loyal to this community and committed to it, It's something that I deeply value and would never do anything to taint it. I also understand the player base quite well, I am extremely good at reason and have the ability to view situations from all perspectives.
