How you lost your item(s): After recent changes on the skills trees of removing "Shipment Bulk" skill it says I've spent 66 skills but I've actually spent 61 in total when adding it up but lost out on 5 skill points
Why you should get a refund: To be able to re-spend the 5 skill points I've lost on my skill tree on something else for my skill tree
